In 2013, Sureste Airports traded at $120 a share and 17x EV/EBITDA.

It's now at $350 a share and 9x EV/EBITDA.

Imagine if we ever got a fair valuation for this cash flow growth. $ASR

Excellent quarter for $SKAS.  EPS $0.19 vs ($0.10) prior year.  Seasonally weakest quarter.  SG&A down 310k due to eliminating Empire mgmt services agreement.  6 month extension from NYC.  I estimate '24 EPS of $1.90.  $9.80 of net cash.  Share price $11.40.

$ENDI quarterly report is out.  $0.08 in EPS.  True earnings are better, EPS reduced by warrant liability change of 372k and increased amortization of 271k.  Cash EPS $0.14.  I expect professional fees to decline in the future due to no longer being SEC registered.  1/2

In 2021 Energy Transfer $ET had a super clear path to 100%+ upside while being paid a large dividend.

Dream International $1126 today similarly has a clear path to shares trading 150%+ higher, while being paid a huge dividend.

Another example of market ineffiencies in nano/small cap land in JP. Somar (TYO 8152, disclosure long), announced good earnings Tuesday after close. Wednesday it was up a few % on weak day for small caps. Today it's up ~13%. Forecasting ¥722 EPS (up 2%) with rev going up 14%.

Did a short write up on Nissin Corp (TYO 9066). This is one of the cheapest + returning cash names in Japan that's doing everything right. They bought back a ton of stock, paying out big dividends (4% of equity), selling down cross shareholdings, and only had 2 losses in 40 years

Okayamaken Freight (TYO 9063) - A Nanocap Logistics Co With A Lot of Undervalued Land at 0.3x P/B, 9x P/E, and 14 yrs of profitability.

Last yr they sold 2 assets with a BV of ¥172m for ¥2.552m. Still ¥18b of land on the balance sheet.

P/B: 0.32
Yield: ~2%

$BIDU Q1 was fine.  If this was an American company / stock, people would be slobbering all over their desks in excitement over AI player available at 5x trailing FCF (but it is Chinese...).

I actually think $AMPS is about to work. They did the hard things they needed to do. They fired Lars.
