Cool Stock Tweets #6
Welcome to Cool Stock Tweets! Some of our favorite stock tweets this week include:
$ALAR at $20 was an absolute gift. This is a completely unique asset on the market. It honestly is a quirk of history that it ever was publicly traded. The ability to invest in and own NetNut as a private citizen, not a VC, is an exceptional opportunity.

$ALAR could easily double FCF and trade at a 40x FCF multiple over the next five years and 10 bag again.

$ALAR best picks and shovel play for AI currently trading for less than 10x free cash flow and growing 100%+. Without Data, Al is worthless

Robinhood Gold metal card seems to be launching with much fanfare (3% cashback & ecosystem benefits for $HOOD). CompoSecure $CMPO is the card manufacturer.
Assuming 2.5m subs at $20/card ~$50m rev uplift on $391m 2023 revenue base is meaningful. Let’s go, gold-bugs!

-Scot Sellers is the newly appointed chairman of $MLP and $HHH.
-Race Randle is $MLP's new CEO and came from $HHH where he was involved in Ward Village.
- $HHH loves Ward Village and may want more exposure to Hawaii,JV or merger likely???

I find $HURC interesting as well for the following reasons:
- Insider buying in Sept-23
- Owns Indianapolis HQ unencumbered
- $6/share cash, pays dividend
- Near-shoring/defense industrial base tailwinds
- Japanese acquirer NIDEC is actively buying machine tool cos at 0.75x sales— Mudlark Capital (@MudlarkCapital)

In micro and nano cap land, I sometimes fall into the trap of assuming that "everyone" has looked at a company and actively decided not to invest in it, rather than the more likely scenario that almost no one is looking at the company at all... Feeling that way about $GIFI today

A few other management teams that understand this include $FFBB, $ESQ, $TRUX.

Huge news today for $BGC, big growth ahead. Core business continues to accelerate. Very cheap stock. Great chart.

Nanocap ($26m usd) net-net Tokyo Automatic Machinery (TYO 6360) ups EPS forecast from ¥507 to ¥797 per share. Dividend inc from ¥60 to ¥80 and declares ¥40 special dividend for ¥120 total. 4.1% yield not bad. P/E of 3.6.
NCAV of ~$27m (counting inv sec) I own a v small position.

Blade, the company best known for flying New Yorkers from JFK to Manhattan for $195, is an organ transport service in disguise.
Over the last three years, Blade has quietly become the biggest organ transport provider in the US. My latest:

$WFRD has significantly outperformed its peers through better growth, execution, growing margins, & delevering. Dispersion is alive.
It is still significantly cheaper, has less coverage, higher growth, has guided to 25% margins and is a takeout candidate.

Forgotten by market and hated by sell-side, we think that $CPB (Campbell's) could be on to something with their recent acquisition of Sovos which includes the fast growing Rao's spaghetti sauce brand. With Big Mac's at $18, home cooked pasta might be one of the last cheap meals… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

Would love to hear people's thoughts of Firefly $FIRE.ST. $100m market cap company that does fancy fire detection and suppression systems that pickup fires quicker than traditional detectors for industrial purposes. They have an impressive track record with consistent double

Digit growth at a 20 PE. A consistent dividend payer with 35% returns on capital and no debt. Heavy insider ownership, with the chairman and largest holder buying shares over the past year. The stock has returned 700% in the past 10 years plus dividends so has a solid record.

$IMPP CEO ~37% ownership, no debt, completed $10m BB, $80-100m COH, massive profits. Diluted many times to acquire ships which is why trust is low and its trading way below NAV.
