Dainichi Co (TYO 5951) is a net-net JP manufacturor of small home appliances (humidifiers, air purifiers, etc). They've been net income profitable every year since 2001 (23+ years!)

Nissin (9066) said they will take PBR 1x seriously and do buybacks. Completed small ones already and announced massive 23% buyback today. Market: surprised pikachu face.

Change is real in Japan. Big variance on when depending on name, but happening. I'm long (in decent size!)

$BWEL has bounced around the value community forever, I like the name and story and it's cheap now. As a land play it has low risk (no leverage, profitable, simpler biz than say $HHH). I bought a small position recently. Biggest risk is it goes dark.
